Space X releases Starlink Mini, an adventure-focused satellite internet device

Space X last week announced the release of the Starlink Mini, a lower-profile version of its portable satellite internet receiver. (Less than a year after I bought my clunkier “mobile” version 😡.)

The Mini is much smaller and lighter than other models, weighing 2.5 pounds with the kickstand—60% less than the standard model. The kit costs $599, plus a $180 monthly subscription—$30 on top of the standard residential package.

Tripod Torch: This one is fire. The Tripod Torch is basically a woodless campfire that is on propane, so there is no need for wood.

I love a good campfire, but this has some advantages: Less smoke, quick to set up, and fire ban compliant so you can have “campfire” when The Man says no, no, no. File this one under Things That Now I Know They Exist, I Kinda Want One.
